Caldecott pub in Milton Keynes...what a fantastic location,on a beautiful lake, great for walkers, kids as it has a play area, water sports. However very much let down. Served a warm bottle of white wine and asked for it be changed was initially told the wine fridge was not working,then a lovely girl went to cellar and got me a perfectly cool bottle.the next evening my husband requested a cold glass of wine but if it was cold. To which the reply was it is cold is has been in the cold sink all day...again it was warm..the manager then got a bottle from the cellar again. The only reason that I didn't mark this lower because of Jack. He was very helpful, funny and a lovely host, he helped us with our woes.

Absolutely amazing! What a warm welcome to the grapes. The staff where nothing but friendly and helpful, they catered to my brother In law with a severe nut allergy perfectly. The whole family felt safe and welcomed by the pub.

Visited the Coopers Pub in Peterborough for a meal with family, staff were friendly and we had a nice evening meal. We arrived quite late for ordering food (not on purpose lol) but they squeezed our order in and it was ready fast also. We all enjoyed our nice meals thanks ?. My mum & dad are vegetarian, but I had the Signature Stack burger with onion rings and chips?. Enjoyed our drinks too, very refreshing after a hot day. Very pleased with everything and we were wished a good evening when leaving too. Thank you!

Awful staff, payment didn’t go through for our meal to get home to a voicemail even though we were on the premises a good 20 minutes after payment and no issues paying for our drinks management Lizzie so rude and needs to learn some customer etiquette

I took my daughters to the furzton site in Milton Keynes for her end of college surprise and I was so disappointed! The customer service was absolutely shocking, the food was disgusting I ordered fish and chips and unfortunately that day must of been a hard day fishing as the fisherman blanked and therefore couldn’t put any fish in my batter so it was just greasy as hell batter with thin air in the middle. My daughter had Mac and cheese and it had burnt bread pieces in there my daughter couldn’t eat it as she has autism and is very sensory when it comes to her food. I will not ever return to that site.

Very bad and terrible

Went to the paper mill ordered garlic bread cheeseburger chips and onion rings and extra plate of chips all served cold and the garlic bread wasnt cooked properly stated like water and greese
Mentioned how cold the food was and nothing was said poor service and wasted money never again

I visited the The Supermare Pub today , based in Weston Super Mare . Never visited a hungry horse before found it very friendly the atmosphere was great and also was busy which says a lot in my eyes .. prices were good and the food was piping hot .. staff were friendly and smiling would definitely go again ..

Amazing place.
Amazing food and deals. Have become a regular customer. Olan serves us and he is amazing. Keep it up!

Flying horse heald green full family meal my meal gammon was fatty not cooked properly the meal was disgusting left my beer aswell walked out

11 of us had gone to Sneyd Arms in Sneyd Green to celebrate my mums 80th birthday Sam and her team were awesome letting us reserve the tables sorting balloons and banners but most of all impressed with the food we all had ordered food at the time of the party 11 meals in total and they all came out at the same time piping hot and delicious within a very acceptable time period Thankyou for such a great afternoon and meal

Trigger Pond Great Sankey. We eat here on many occasions. Served by Chris who is a really nice and personal man. Nothing is too much trouble. Always welcomes us and everyone else with a smile. Well done Chris. Ange & Ian x

So arrived at the Fox under the hill Shooters Hill at 16.30 on Sunday 24 th April .we ordered our food on the app at 16.52 the time now is 18.10 and we are still waiting for our food. We have spoken to the manager who says that he is short staffed.
The point is no-one told us this in the first place or even after sitting here for over an hour. The managers attitude was quite rude and dismissive to our situation. Normally a good place to eat. But we won't be coming here again.

Greene King if this is the way you treat your acts shame on you ill never play a greene king venue again

Took my mum in the Ladybrook, Bramhall Stockport for a belated Mother's Day meal last Wednesday (30th March 2022).
The staff including the Chef Neil could not do enough for us, were very accommodating and the food was really good.
Will be definitely returning here soon.
